The developer operates no servers for the tools, and the tools send no data to the developer.

   ツールの通信先は、あなたのテナントの Microsoft サービスと、あなたが指定した宛先、ツールの動作に必要な公開配布元に限られます（下記「通信先」）。The tools communicate only with Microsoft services for your tenant, destinations you specify, and public distribution sources required for the tools to work (see "Where the tools connect" below).

   あなたの許諾なく、使用状況を送信しませんThe tools never send usage data without your permission

   ツールには、テレメトリー、アクセス解析、クラッシュレポート、広告の仕組みはありません。The tools contain no telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising.

通信先Where the tools connect

ツールが通信するのは次の宛先だけです。The tools connect only to the following destinations.

• あなたがサインインした Microsoft Entra ID テナントの Microsoft サービス（Microsoft Graph、Microsoft Intune、Microsoft 365 Copilot など）。Microsoft services for the Microsoft Entra ID tenant you sign in to (such as Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Copilot).
• あなたが設定・マニフェスト・コマンドで明示的に指定した宛先（例: RelayPublisher でインストーラーのダウンロード元に指定した URL）。Destinations you explicitly specify in settings, manifests, or commands (for example, the installer download sources you set in RelayPublisher).
• ツールの動作に必要な公開配布元（例: RelayPublisher が Microsoft の公式リポジトリから Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool を取得する場合）。この通信にあなたの情報は含まれません。Public distribution sources required for the tools to work (for example, when RelayPublisher downloads the Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool from Microsoft's official repository). These requests contain none of your information.

認証情報とデータの取り扱いCredentials and data handling

• サインインは Microsoft ID プラットフォーム（Microsoft Authentication Library、Azure Identity）が行い、認証情報は Microsoft と直接やり取りされます。開発者がパスワードやトークンを受け取ることはありません。Sign-in is handled by the Microsoft identity platform (Microsoft Authentication Library and Azure Identity), and your credentials are exchanged directly with Microsoft. The developer never receives your passwords or tokens.

• テナントへの操作（アプリの登録・更新・割り当てなど）は、あなたが指示した場合にだけ、あなたが付与したアクセス許可の範囲内で行います。Operations on your tenant (such as creating, updating, or assigning apps) are performed only when you instruct the tools to, and only within the permissions you have granted.
• ログと生成ファイルは、あなたの端末または CI 環境にだけ出力されます。ログにはテナント内のアプリ名や ID が含まれる場合があるため、共有する前に内容を確認してください。Logs and generated files are written only to your device or CI environment. Logs may include app names and IDs from your tenant, so review them before sharing.

第三者のサービスThird-party services

ツールが利用する Microsoft や GitHub などのサービスと、ツールを配布・実行するプラットフォーム（Windows Package Manager、Visual Studio Marketplace、NuGet、Homebrew、VS Code、Visual Studio など）は、それぞれの提供元のプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータを取り扱います。これらのプラットフォームのテレメトリーは、各製品の設定で管理してください。Services the tools use, such as those from Microsoft and GitHub, and the platforms that distribute or run the tools (Windows Package Manager, Visual Studio Marketplace, NuGet, Homebrew, VS Code, Visual Studio, and others) handle data under their own providers' privacy policies. Manage those platforms' telemetry in each product's settings.
